Salacious Lipstick – 18 Preset Colours

This HQ compatible, full coverage lipstick looks a bit more realistic than my usual style. It’s got highlights, and lip lines, and looks great on all skintones. I truly hope you like it. You don’t need the HQ mod for them to work, though!
With 18 preset colours, you can use the sliders to create just about any shade you want.
There are two versions to choose from, Allows Random and No Random, and you should only install one or they will conflict.
Allows Random – NPC’s around town will possibly show up randomly with the lipstick.
No Random – Only those Sims you put the lipstick on will have it.
I didn’t tag Male, so if you choose the Allows Random version it shouldn’t randomly show up on Male NPC’s, but you can still put it on them in CAS, if you like.
If you want them tagged, simply open your chosen package in Sims 4 Studio, Click the Categories tab, then tick Male, Apply to All Swatches, then Save. Done! You can edit any package you want using Sims 4 Studio, just don’t share it online unless the creator’s terms of use allows it
The lipstick is tagged by colour, Teen-Elder, Feminine, Human-Mermaid-Vampire, and all Outfit Types.
