Ardenti Anima Forbidden Spell of Reincarnation

This mod started as an intrusive thought that I felt deserved the right to exist… And so I made it! I already gave fairies the power to reincarnate ghosts with Luck Death & Flowers, so I wanted spellcasters to have their own reincarnation spell. The idea of how reincarnation would interact with spellcasting mechanics was just too juicy for me to pass up.
